18, female, ~140 pounds. I am the typical substance abusing, binge-consuming teenage degenerate. I am not fat, but nor am i skinny, and i would really fancy being the latter. In between work and study I want to battle my way to somewhere between 120 and 130 pounds. The healthy way, of course.

Sooo my new scale is giving me a new weight every time i step on it -__-

So I went out and bought some new clothes, makeup, and a new Weightwatchers scale that calculates bodyweight, body fat, bone mass, muscle mass, water weight and BMI :D Uhhh so i stepped on it the first time after eating a big meal and it wasn’t the greatest result… derp. I’ll weigh myself tomorrow morning and post the results. :)

So, today i found out i have Rubella infection, so i stayed home from work again. and will be for the next 4 days :3

So considering i was forced to entertain myself all day, i did rather well!

Breakfast- muesli

Lunch - 2x boiled eggs on 1x slice of multigrain bread with drizzle of worsterchire sauce (yum)

Dinner- small bowl of ravioli

Plus a 35 minute run + weight session despite my illness, burning approx 300 calories. :)

Buzzing like a bitch, dont even feel sick atm :D

Also today i tried on my garter belt and thighhighs again, it looks so nice! my legs really look lean and muscular.

Soon i’ll put up another progress pic…  i just want a noticeable diff from the last one i posted before i do! Stay tuned!

Received my new bathroom scales today! Goodbye 50 year old analogue scale, hello fancy digital one :D

So i currently weigh (after breakfast etc) 139.4lb. I’m content with that for now because i was 138 lbs before i got stoned and ate two pepperoni pizzas on the weekend…. ahem.

But after that binge i was pushing 142 so it’s good to see i’ve dropped most of the binge weight. -__-

I think it’s going to be encouraging seeing a precise number, because now I will know when i’ve lost even half a pound or less, rather than squinting at the analogue needle trying to work out how much i weigh. wee!

Resisted temptation yesterday, went for a long run and tried out a solarium. :3 I am quite pale so I don’t tan very easily, but I wanted to even out my skin tone a bit cause I looked like I have albinism, haha. I might go one a fortnight or a month or something just to keep a bit of colour so I don’t look so goddamn white. Today will be another perfect day !

Low fat English muffin with vegemite for breakfast, an apple and some strawberries for lunch :) gotta make up for wolfing down that pizza on the weekend, Yuck.

omg i was back at 138 and then i got high and repeatedly binged and now im back at 140+ dieeeee

this is so shit

so until im able to do that i will work at being tiny

Like I honestly ate.. a whole pizza… and a batch of cookie dough. Looks like ill be detoxing on fruit and water today lol

Got high and binged.. Ugh.. feel like death!

Day Three- Dukan Diet

Today started off rather swimmingly, but ended badly. So now I feel like shit and have no real motivation to continue with Dukan now that i’ve fucked up the Attack phase.

For breakfast I had 2 poached eggs, and for lunch 3 slices of roast turkey, then for dinner… fish fillet and chips. :( Gah! Mum took me for dinner and i scoured the menu for something that would fit in with Dukan but everything was battered, not grilled, and chips came as sides for every meal… -__-

ANYWAY i didn’t eat ALL the chips, just about half of them, and i also went to the gym just before to try and burn it off… still a bit gaytown though.

Ah well. persevere persevere!
